I absolutely LOVE newborn lifestyle sessions. Moms and dads are able to stay in, without having to worry about rushing to get somewhere on time with a newborn. And, we get to capture these perfect first days at home.

Newborn pictures in Sherman Oaks

I went to the house of Kim, Chris, and Caroline, and it was absolutely gorgeous. I like to photograph in the nursery, master bedroom, and living room. We opened up all the blinds to get the natural light in, and focused on images of their family.

The session

Caroline was the perfect angel, sleeping through most of her session, and relaxing with her mom and dad. We had to take a few anticipated breaks for feeding and changing, which is time I build into every lifestyle session. One of the best parts about getting your newborn pictures in Sherman Oaks in-home, is you don’t have to pack up and leave with a new baby. I send everyone a no-stress prep guide, and mom and dad relax and enjoy the moments.

I also make sure to offer an all inclusive session, with access to all high resolution images. This takes away the stress and pressure of having to select only a few, or have to make a decision to spend more. You get them all! You’ll receive the images in an online gallery, in full resolution, with a print release. I even make it so you can download them in social media size, too, for easier online sharing.
